This training covers a wide range of relevant knowledge about Mirth® Connect (by NextGen HealthCare).

Our experienced trainers will give you practical tips that you can use to get started with Mirth Connect right away. Moreover, during the training you can learn from the experiences of colleagues in other healthcare organisations.

On the programme:

Session 1 // Mirth Connect administration
> You will be introduced to the Mirth Connect Administrator Dashboard and its features.
> You will gain insight into how Mirth Connect works, as well as the important configuration parameters that make management easier.
Session 2 // Socket & file-based communication
> You will learn how to receive and send HL7 messages via MLLP sockets. We will simulate a number of socket-based systems, to see what happens when working with sockets or files.
> We will investigate the possible consequences of certain errors at the source system or the system that has to receive the messages.
> We also take a look at some other data types, besides HL7.
Session 3 // Mirth Connect filters
> We will work with Mirth Connect’s filtering tools.
> We will create a number of filters using exercises.
Session 4 // Mirth Connect transformations
> You will learn how to use Mirth Connect’s transformation tools.
> Using exercises, we will work on a number of transformations.
