During this basic training, you will become familiar with the extensive Workflower toolbox. Upon completion, you will be able to set up and implement a simple Workflower application.
Day 1: Introduction to Workflower and BPMN
- We start with a general introduction to Workflower and its basic concepts.
- You are introduced to the basic principles of process analysis and modelling.
- You learn to use the BPMN syntax and standard symbols.

- To conclude this first training day, we configure and implement a first simple process in Workflower.
- We also look at how you can monitor your processes.
Day 2: Interaction Designer and forms
- We dive into the basic principles of forms and data structures, and configure a first screen.

PART II // ADVANCED WORKFLOWER:
After completing the advanced training, you will master the methodology to manage all your Workflower projects: from start to delivery and follow-up.
Day 4: BPMN and the Interaction Designer for advanced users
- You broaden your knowledge about the Interaction Designer with additional concepts and functions, such as data grids, sending messages, the use of REST services, etc., enabling you to configure more complex Workflower projects.
Day 5: Integration (REST API) and PDF reports
- You learn how to establish connections between Workflower and the other software applications in your hospital using public APIs.
- You design and generate PDF reports, and learn how to call them up from the Interaction Designer.
