New in Workflower!

Over the past few months, we have put a lot of work into further expanding the Workflower platform with new functionalities, with a strong focus on usability. What can you expect? Here is a list of the most important new features.

Ready for mobile use

The user interfaces of the revamped Workflower platform will be responsive, allowing you to effortlessly use the digitised workflows (forms, task lists, etc.) on mobile devices with different screen sizes.

Tools for sharing Workflower applications

In Workflower, you now have tools for exporting and importing workflows in a single move, so they can be installed in one go. This is handy whether you want to transfer a workflow from the test to the production environment, or to share a process with colleagues in another hospital.

Faster configuration with connectors

The new connectors offer a kind of ‘standard block’ for the exchange of information with other systems. The connectors are easy to configure and you can easily reuse them in other workflows. For example, you can use a connector to retrieve the most recent patient data.

These building blocks save you a lot of time when configuring your Workflower applications, and when managing them. If something needs to be adapted or corrected in a connector, for instance, you only need to do this once across the applications. And it reduces the risk of errors.

Smoother configuration of logins

Accounts for new Workflower users can be created more quickly, and you can even set up a digital process to handle it. You can configure the process completely yourself (creation, activation, confirmation e-mail, assigning rights, etc.), including setting up the end-user login process with two-factor authentication (Google Authenticator, CSAM/ITSME, etc.) and a procedure to reset forgotten passwords.

Easy creation of e-mail templates

The visual (WYSIWYG) editor allows you to intuitively create e-mail templates with content data from your process – outside the BPMN model. These templates are easy to integrate into your processes, and you can change them anytime without having to modify workflows.

Clear charts

You can display data in the summary lists in chart format: up to three charts per summary list.

More sorting options

The summary list sorting options have also been extended: you now have the option to set initial sorting at different levels (up to 3 columns).
