Getting started with Workflower
Draw and implement BPMN models
Draw and adjust BPMN diagrams in a simple, clear and intuitive way, with the documentation and implementation tool. Then configure your models and implement them immediately. The BPMN models are clear and comprehensible for everyone.
Design forms and user interfaces
Design, configure and implement custom forms and user interfaces, and link them to the tasks of the process you have diagrammed. The participants involved in the process can add and exchange information, and control the process based on the choices they have made.
Create clear and manageable task lists
The task list gives the end users a clear overview of all tasks to be performed by themselves or by the group(s) to which they belong (for example, the nursing department). Filtering makes it possible to quickly sort through the tasks and adjust them if necessary. The task list can also be integrated into other applications, such as the EPR.
Manage workflows and follow up on them
Care providers have a clear, listed overview of all processes that have been started, are running or have been completed, with the associated information. It’s easy to see which tasks are still open.
The workflow managers can monitor and analyse the details of all workflows. They can view outstanding and executed tasks, along with substantive data and process data, etc. They can export this information for additional, detailed analysis and process improvement.

To minimise the disruption to both the pharmacy and the patient, the AZ Jan Palfijn Hospital in Ghent, in collaboration with Amaron, designed a Workflower application that supports efficient stockout management. The University Hospital of Ghent's hospital pharmacy uses a Workflower application to retrieve and process prescriptions in Recip-e*. When prescribed drugs are out of stock, they can now be reserved with the push of a button. Everything is traceable, from order to delivery.
